Lilys Flawless Training, a division of Lilys Flawless Services (www.lilysflawless.co.za), was established from a passion to empower individuals and businesses through knowledge and skills development. Founded in 2020, we are a proudly South African company with a 100% black woman ownership. Our founder, Cindy Inama, envisioned a training landscape that prioritises fresh ideas, innovation, and measurable results, resonating with the values imparted by her grandmother, Lily, of: innovation, credibility, and trust.

As a training company, we are committed towards contributing to the transformation of the training landscape in South Africa, demonstrating our dedication to supporting broad-based black economic empowerment.
